Course Cancellations and Refunds
- Key 2Careers cancels the Workshop: A full refund will be processed.
- Registrant cancels:
- 10 Business days or more before Workshop Date : 100% Refund less an administration fee of $50
- 5-9 Business days before Workshop Date : 50% Refund less an administration fee of $50.
- Within 3-4 Business day s before Workshop Date : No Refund.
- After Workshop has started : No Refunds
- Refund requests may be submitted by phone, fax, email, online, or in person.
Cancellation Policies
We reserve the right to cancel a workshop. A workshop will be cancelled or rebooked if there is insufficient enrolment. You will be notified of changes/cancellations and refunds/options.
