Crital Thinking:
This highly interactive and thought provoking session quickly demonstrates that we are all creative - we just have to learn the appropriate means to unleash our creativity. Work-related examples will be used to show how creativity and innovation can help in our day-to-day problem solving of real issues. We will look at different approaches participants can take to make creativity a part of their work culture. By the end of this workshop participants will be able to:
  • Unleash the power of the 6-step creativity model
  • Understand the elements that contribute to creativity
  • Manage an environment of creative people
  • Use creativity to dissolve workplace challenges
Problem Solving
Our Problem Solving Workshop will offer you with a selection of tools and techniques that will help you improve your own problem solving as well as those you interact with regularly. This workshop relies on a variety of learning methods to help you develop this skill. Those methods include: discussion, hands-on problem solving practice sessions, some theory, and some opportunities for reflection on your own problem solving practices.
