Sensitivity Training (2-3 day workshop in Toronto)
Sensitivity training is an appropriate solution in instances where an employee has shown inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour at work, particularly when his/her conduct violates the organization’s policies relating to workplace harassment, discrimination, violence, codes of conduct, etc. Our One-to-one sensitivity training provides an effective environment to help employees and leaders understand concerns about their actions, and the impact their behaviour can have on other members in the workplace. Our training highlights the importance of maintaining a respectful, inclusive workplace that values the diversity of all its members.
Learning objectives:
    At the completion of their sensitivity training, participants will be able to do the following:
  • Fully Understand and appreciate what is meant by the term respect.
  • Knowledge of legislation that guides respect in the workplace and obligations under it.
  • To be aware that they are responsible and accountable for their own actions.
  • Recognize that everyone has a role and responsibility to create, opearate and promote a respectful, professional, and comfortable work environment.
  • Demonstrate leadership & respect for everyone in the workplace.
