Managing Personal Change
Organizations are in constant change. It is simple for organizations to change their ideals, overall direction and policies. The organization is a body which does not live so it can adapt quickly. Employees, however, are different. Constant changes are not healthy for those who do not know how to adapt well to the changing environment. To help those employees who cannot adapt quickly to changing organizational environments, we introduce to you the Managing Personal Change Workshop. The workshop’s aim is to provide employees with tools for developing personal change resilience. Here, we will go into detail about how change works in an environment, how to be more resilient to change and the key principles for building flexibility to the changing corporate environment.
