Crisis Management
| In a dire situation, we are placed in a situation that we may not know what to do. These situations can range from Sudden Crises (robbery, fires, and hostage situations) to Smoldering Crises (problems or issues that start out small and could be fixed or averted if someone was paying attention or recognized the potential for trouble). To prepare against these unfortunate events, we introduce to you our Crisis Management Workshop. In this workshop, we work out possible crisis situations and possible solutions to these crises. That way, employees will learn to adapt in these certain situations, all the while handling the situation correctly.
