In this Workshop Participants will learn the skills to improve productivity and performance. It will help them to learn, how to make the very most of their telephone-based work, including understanding the best ways to listen and be heard. This will produce a positive environment throughout the company and help influence the organization as a whole. Each phone interaction also has elements of sales and customer-service skills that we will explore in detail throughout this energizing and interactive excercises. |
