This course is designed to provide you the opportunity to analyze, evaluate, plan, and make business decisions which are of interest and important to you. In the past, many of the participants have selected to analyze joining and growing the family business. Many of the exercises and possible topics relate to these two issues. Regardless of the issue that you select to analyze, the analysis and evaluations that you conduct must be organized into a written business plan containing financial projections.

This workshop is designed for both start-up and mature businesses. You will learn how to: gain control of your time, team, and money; take immediate control of your cash flow and profits; increase revenue and profits; leverage team, systems, technology, and marketing; recruit, motivate and retain a "Winning Team" of employees; and avoid the top four common mistakes in advertising and turn your marketing into an investment, not an expense.

We show professionals how to market their services or products and develop new business ideas; how to improve client, employee and project management skills; and how to mitigate risk, launch a new service, prepare a business budget or plan for succession.

Whether you're a sole practitioner, the owner of a small or mid-sized firm, a partner or associate in a large firm and you need information or hands-on coaching with follow-up guidance, we have a program to suit your needs.

Full Time : 1 weeks (6 Hrs/day - 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM with one hour lunch break) weeknights/weekends

Part Time : 4 weeks (3 Hrs/day - 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 4 PM) weeknights/weekends
