| Everyone needs a break once in a while. Without that, all of us would burn out very quickly. But when this absenteeism starts to effect company operations and hinders how effectively the company performs, it becomes dangerous to the company's well-being. Although companies places restrictions to halt mass absenteeism, companies are still finding it hard to stop the effects that employees who call in "sick". The reason for this is because employers do not know how to stop absenteeism effectively. Many employers develop ways to stop absenteeism on the fly or just pay no attention to it. To address this need to help stop absenteeism, Train4Career introduces the Attacking Absenteeism Workshop. As the name implies, this workshop is aimed to help stop absenteeism by teaching employers how to enforce certain restrictions that allow you to help stop the absenteeism from occurring and by keeping the freedom of the employee. You will also learn ways to keep employees motivated during the enforcement of these new rules thus stopping or at least reducing the "sick" calls that plague you constantly at work.
