Preventing Job Burnout
| Burnout is a troubling condition that plagues the hard worker. It is a very severe mental condition that can cause the person to feel tired, defensive, frustrated, cynical, and bored (among other things). Burnout is not short term but can last several lingering effects on the person in question such as depression or even death. To prevent the unfortunate circumstance that is burnout, we introduce the Preventing Job Burnout Workshop which is aimed at preventing burnout from jobs. Learn effective strategies that will help you relax more and work better without the risk of burnout. Do not plague yourself with the risk of permanent mental damage due to burnout.
