Training Methods That Work
| Training takes time to master. It requires patience, knowledge and a sound mind. So what makes an exceptional trainer? How the knowledge is delivered to the trainee. And to pass down that knowledge takes methods that teaches the trainee both the skills required to perform that certain job and how to do that job independently. To ensure that the training methods employed do work, the Training Methods That Work Workshop is made available. In this workshop, participants will learn what methods work well with trainees and how to make these methods work for you. Enroll in this workshop if you are a trainer whose methods are a little lacking.
